「米国行きを決断」

〜イギリス赴任日記〜

イギリスから戻り一ヶ月が経過。米国に行くか多くの人に相談し、最終的に行くと決める。

2001/04/29　「米国行きを決断」

Almost 1 month has passed since I came back from UK and during this period I was in trouble and deeply in consideration for my future career.

I met many people and listened them and give difference ideas but to be honest, what makes me decide my way is simple word from one guy and he said you had better go because there won’t be many opportunities like this and this opportunities contain a lot of possibilities. Many people said different things and all what they said is impressive in some points but the word I have been changed was such simple word.

Now I almost decided to go to US and fully motivated to get inside of CA and learn things and at this moment I’d like to reconfirm what I am aiming at the moment and for this training.
1. Managing Money
Target : within 1 month from today
Subject : Tax deduction, investment method(Stock, Investment fund, Foreign Currency, Company bonds, National bond, Real estates)
I like to use money most efficiently and in order to do this, I research above area and will invest my money for either areas within 1 month.
2. Company CEO positions
Target : Within 1 year after came back from USA training
Subject : Related to 3 (Business ideas)
I set my target to launch my own business at the time I came back from US and in order to do that, I need to think everything from CEO point of view. And this is important for me to experience/embody that what we can sell is not important for us but what we can solve for particular customer. If you want to satisfy customer, you shall think their problem as customer’s company CEO like what is his problem and how he wants to solve that problem and our mission is to make that problem solve by providing concrete solution. I am confident that I can embody this through the training at CA Hq and this is main reason I will go this training.
3. Certificates for CA products
Target : By July before got USA.
Objective : Purely prove how much I learned through this series of training.
4. New Business ideas/model
Target : within 1 year after came back from USA
Subject : Come across with some idea which I desperately like to start that business by establishing my own company and after came across with this idea, the output of this subject is to make business plan and bring that plan to David and Roger-san. The point to achieve this is to see anything with interests and think as you are CEO or responsible for that situation or company.
5. Build up my own philosophy
Life needs goals and usually it’s different from each other. Weak just follow what strong offers and no thinking but nobody knows what is the right way. Brave people just try and fail or succeed. If they are success, that business or philosophy will be sort of standard and all others will start following that way. Off course they may fail but failure will give them new idea and make them more stronger than they are. But the most important factor decided whether you will be successful or not is your foundation which is your philosophy. The philosophy will be bases of all what you are doing and will lead you to successful goal or hell. I will build my own on early stage of my life through many experiences and find out right one by sharp eye. Strict myself at first for everything.

『その当時を振り返り』

結局どんな行動を起こすための決断も自分自身が何をしたいかが明確でないとできないものだということだろう。

いろいろ悩んだ挙げ句、自分が将来自分の事業を興すためには有益なステップになるという思いが決断を促す。

しかし、今だから思うがかなり非現実的な内容である。でも、若さとはそういうものであり、また、だから苦い経験を通して自分が成長する。そして、この数ヶ月後から苦難に直面するのである。
