ヘッドハンターとの出会いで自分の中に芽生えたプラスの意識を日常生活に戻ったときに消したくないと言う思い。

2000/10/04　「学んだことを忘れないために」

After I met with Roger and David, I was purely thinking about my future vision positively. However when the date to commute to office is being closer, I start considering how I can reflect this good experience or impact from Roger or David to my current situation.

There are a lot of things which are trying to stuck me and prevent me to grow. Under this kind of circumstance I have to be clever and take use of this situation for my future but I shall not be realized that I have changed.

Ancient Commander Koushi said you shall be intangible but you have to recognize the formation of counterpart. Therefore you can offend and defend as you like and your counterpart’s action can be predicted any time.

Now the point is how I can reaction to this company keeping this policy given by Roger and David.
At first I had better review what I learned from them and what I have to do to be like I like to be.
1. I need to see and discuss with person who is thinking positively, energetically and socially contributable.
2. I need to learn the technology widely in terms of Telecommunication, Server technology and Mobile technology.
3. I need to know the mechanism of demands and provider.
4. I need to learn about marketing.
5. I need to learn about Accounting and Financing.

From all above method and information, I’d like to find out some business chance and idea which will be contribute to society.

『その当時を振り返り』

新たな領域の人との出会いで視野が広がり、その視野を維持したいという思いを強く持っているようだ。

しかし、そのための具体的なアクションがあまり有効ではなく、そこに大きな課題があったなと感じる。

具体的には多くの人と話すというふわふわした内容になっている点や、やはりIT技術、マーケティング・会計知識などの知識に過度に頼っている点。
