社会人になり5年目で初めてヘッドハンターに会う。

2000/10/02　「ヘッドハンターと会う」

On 28th of September I met Mr Roger Marshall introduced by my father and he is my father’s head hunter for 20 years and he introduced me David of eCrossing on 29th September.

It’s quite exciting meeting I have never had and this opened my sight quite widely and rapidly. Their thought and policy for work and their future is similar with me and it is resonant with mine strongly. I am quite impressed and decide I will change my company in near future to allow me to expand my sight and experience and work with these great person.

However I also identify I have to study a lot of things still until I move to new company.
1. Knowledge of APS
2. Marketing
3. Accounting
4. Financing


In the meantime I am going to meet a lot of person who is in venture company or in IT market or telecommunication market to exchange information and sophisticate myself.


The other important thing I have to do is to keep myself conscious to forward to new business and keep thinking about new business and it’s feasibility. This is like a mind controlling for myself.


On the other hand I think I need to keep thinking about management and establish my own way of management for my future company reading books.


Anyway these two days are the most important day for my life and it may change my life dramatically.

『その当時を振り返り』

初めて現在の仕事関連以外の人に会うという経験、さらにはそれがヘッドハンターであることは、自分が知らないエリアを知るという意味では相当刺激的だったろう。

この出会いにより、近い将来この会社を出ることを決めている。同時に出るためには自分に何が足りないか再度明確にできている。

幅広い知識だけではなく、新しい事業やより良い企業経営について考え続けるということが必要であると、力強く書いている。

これだけ新しい事業や会社に興奮しているということは、まだ米国行きは決まっていないようだ。人生とは不思議なものだ。おそらく、この数ヶ月後には人事異動にて米国行きが決まる。しかし、もし、この人事異動がなかったらと「たられば」を考えずにいられない。。。
