おそらく年に一度の日本への一時帰国が近い時期で、一時帰国期間を有意義なものにしようと諸々考えている時期だろう。

2000/09/19　「『会社経営』と『事業』」

Today I suddenly think I need to reconsider how I shall speak to Roger and make this result maximum for me.

How can I do this most effective for me? That’s because my way of thinking for my future career is not fixed yet. However honestly speaking, it has been changed daily basis. Is it not good thing? Maybe not good but better. If you want to be advanced the world, you have to think differently.

Then how shall I think? Again I’d like to ask myself what you want to do. Why you want to move the company?
1. I’d like to work at this company because now I can’t judge whether way of this company business & management is ordinary or not due to the lack of experience at another company.
2. I’d like to see the way of US company’s business which is advanced and leading the world and like to know what is the essence of their success.


Eventually I’d like to know whether my way of business in my mind is right or not. I shall say whether it is appropriate or not

What is the way of business? Management? Company strategy? Company’s mission? Business Model?
Management : The balance of discipline(Open, Fair and strict), support, trust and stretch
Company strategy : Unification of Advanced technology and customer demands
Company mission : Quick and best solution to customer.
Business Model :

The important thing for company is always reviewing the strategy and company policy as the changes in the real world. Flexibility is the most high level requirement. Koushi said the intangible is best formation at competitive world but your fellow should know your figure.

『その当時を振り返り』

初めてヘッドハンターに会うため、しっかり自分の考えを伝えなければならないと少し緊張しているようだ。

そして、自分の考えを改めて考え直しているうちに、やはり自分が正しいと思うマネジメント理論で企業を運営してみたいが、何の事業ですかと問われると具体的に答えられない自分にまた行き着く。

考えあぐねた結果、視野を広げることが必要だという結論にまた至る、という堂々巡りを頭の中で何回も何回もしているようだ。もしかするとこの時期に既に米国行きが決まっていたのか？？？
